CannTech PA Issues Recall of Oral Tinctures

MIAMI, April 13, 2026 – CannTech PA, LLC (“CannTech”), a subsidiary of Ayr Wellness, Inc. (“Ayr Wellness”) is initiating a recall of select oral tinctures sold in Pennsylvania, effective [March 24, 2026], in coordination and cooperation with The Pennsylvania Department of Health, Bureau of Medical Marijuana.

The recall is being issued due to a labeling inaccuracy affecting a batch of Revel 1:1 THC:CBD Tincture. The batch of 30 ml bottles is labeled as containing 300 mg total cannabinoids (1:1 THC:CBD) measuring 10 mg per 1ml, while the actual cannabinoid content is 600 mg total cannabinoids (1:1 THC:CBD), which is 20 mg per 1ml. This may lead to incorrect dosing of medication by patients. No other CannTech tinctures or products are subject to this recall.

Product Returns:
We recommend that patients discontinue use of this product and return any remaining unused portion to the dispensary where it was purchased. Depending on availability, your dispensary will either issue a replacement tincture of the same brand or provide store credit for future use.
